Mole plough/subsoiler combo

So when we bought our current mole plough years ago, a Moore sled type, it came with a twin leg subsoiler mounted on the rear of it. We took it off to reduce power consumption and for fear it would disrupt the mole channel as I was always told not to do both in one year.

However we now have a bit more poke and have recently taken on some more land. Its heavy clay with a plough pan and lying very wet. We are playing with the idea of putting the subsoiler back onto the mole to do both jobs at once and save some time and money.

Has anyone ever tried this or seen a mole plough with this set up before? Will it be a waste of time.

Conditions needed for both operations are very different.
Also as said you will disrupt the moles if done in same year. Might get away with subsoiling in autumn after spring moling.
