I have had a bucket full of scissor traps sitting in the shed for several years, bought after reading a thread on here, and ‘tweaking’ them as described on a mole catching website linked on here.

So it is more than likely around £10 per mole which a few around here charge.

£7-10 round here too, and always in demand. I know it’s time consuming, but a good little earner if you are willing/have the time I should think.

Of course catching one in a garden would have to be considerably dearer, but for a farm full of them....

Well done. Nice picture. I was told that you should put them back in the hole, keeps others away. Or is it an old wife’s tale. Some times I do and sometimes just leave them on top. As much as I don’t like them I’ve had help this year from badgers .
