Purists would say the Moore runs best trailed with the long drawbar. The line of draft helps pull it into the ground. You can tip it onto its nose, essentially, and really cut it in in hard going. You lose that with close coupled three point linkage maybe? Harry Ferguson has a lot to answer for.😆

That’s right our old Moore could drill concrete new mounted machine struggles in the dry but does have a lot nearer disc spacings
