I tried one with press wheels on the front and TBH it didn't justify the much increased price tag, so I stuck with my old Unidrill and saved about £7k just like that.

What about the museum? Do you still have and use the bertini?

After extensive trials and experimentation, I have decided that seed singulation and Ultra Low Disturbance drilling are of little benefit to me, so if anyone wants to have a go with the Bertini, they are welcome to make me an offer. They make big money in France where there is a decent agent and quite a lot being used so I may have to see about sending it across the water.

There is no way I can manage with just a tine or disc drill, so the Sim-tech and Moore will be a perfect combination.

That bertini could be a nice maize drill. What would you want for it?
