Has anybody got any experience of changing meter operator. We are are approaching the end of our 5 yr contract with imserv.
Is changing a straight forward process?
We own our meter, does a change of operator mean we have to go with their meter?
Any advice who to try?
At the moment we pay h/h export(turbine)and hh/import, yet we use very little. Is the import necessary?
Any advice on this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I did nt realise you could separate meter operator and data collection..that complicates it even more. Do you know if Western Power take on existing meter?
Of course. Last time I bought one off them. Works out slightly cheaper then renting over 5 years.

Also, you need to note that you'll need a new supplier as your contract will expire when the meter changes.

As well as this if you let STARK run your data they'll give all the info to your supplier.

1st: contact your supplier and ask for AC/DC data to be emailed to you

2nd: contact WPD metering
