Put one up in the past saying "please keep off the farm land as this land is been used to feed you " but want something more effective maybe to warn of potential dangers to dogs from spraying but with out making me responsible for ever sick dog for next 10 years should I go down the die-hydrogen monoxide wording route thought much appreciated thanks in advance olly

Have told walkers in the past whose dogs are running through crops chasing all and sundry with no control from the owner, that would be most of them,to get dog home asap and bath it immediatly as field has been sprayed with toxic chemical and dont let animal lick itself.people soon apologise and dissapear.seems to work well

I told one to take them to the vets as the field had been sprayed that morning with Dock-Star.No footpaths here.

After many years of being polite asking people to pick up dog muck from one stretch of ground , polite notices were ignored or torn down, council warned me about "deter" notices too. I finally exasperated, printed out, "hope you enjoy your next meal, because chances are another dog walkers pet shat on it" Pick your dog sh!t up!
It worked, most of them gave up walking the path. Folk without dogs made a point of thanking us.
Have to say we were at the end of our tether with it.(n) Polite just didn't work.
