Most right Rotor schaft broke in 2 on h.niemeyer söhne 2030. anyone know how we can get the top cap off?

Off with #38, then there will be a gasket #37 (try not to damage it) then #36, #35 & #34 which is a taper/wedge lock type assembly needs to be separated, once that is done then sheared stub should be free to be knocked down through the bottom,
Make sure bolts #20 are all out from #29
Need to ensure remainder of sheared stub shaft lines up with everything on the underside to ensure it can be knocked down through the bottom of the bed/trough.
Items #15, #31, #16, #30 & #29 will all come out from the bottom
Item #32 will stay in the bed/trough
Keep an eye out for debris & note any thin shims which may have been used but are not actually in the parts diagram.
Photograph it as you go to aid re-assembly.

Still cant seem to get 38 of i can lift it up(bout 1.5 cm) but not high enough to go over the bolts all bols of 29 are out i am still missing bolts maybe?

Once this is off you will be able to see what is below.
