Most stressful,lambing or corn harvest flat out?

worst bit about arable is 'having to sit on your hands' when weather is against you...at least with stock you can 'get out and fight'

mind you a bad crop is soon harvested and forgotten about....if you've sickly/poor stock they're looking at you every day

sugar beet boys are in a bit of a 'sticky situation' this year IMO 14 days to drill could be ok....next 7 is 'flip a coin' after that 'oh dear'

Dairy farming is the most rewarding part of farming I have ever had experience in , growing crops a close 2cd .
Chasing sheep would be well down the list,
And yes the most stress full .why would anyone want to put themselves through that

Livestock has to be harder as it’s relentless regardless of weather etc you still have to do it

Arable work gets natural breaks with the weather or if weather is setteled it’s soon over / pressure is off

Having grown up on a dairy farm there was never a chance in hell I would wanted to have done it for a living

Hats off to anyone that does !

Yep you'll all right animals definitely more stressful. Really shut weather and you have to be outhe there looking after them. Arable really sh!t weather and you get to go home early
