Motion sickness

Anyone got any good advise for a motion sickness sufferer?

We are going to Euro Disney next week as a family and as much as I enjoy roller coasters I suffer from motion sickness which really takes the shine off it.

It's bad enough that I can't do go karting without getting unwell.

You sound much worse than I get it but ginger is meant to help. There are ginger pills available to help with motion sickness but I haven't tried them.
I find looking forward is enough for me in a vehicle now most of the time but I darent go on a boat :nailbiting::yuck:
Fine on a plane though oddly :scratchhead:

When I was a kid we took Avomine tablets. They worked for car sickness.

I use the bands that go round your wrists with the wee pressure pads.
They work nearly 100%.

It’s the bloomin tilting trains that kill me. Boak.

They are excellent. And couple them with stugeron tablets though they can make you drowsy.

I used to suffer motion sickness
Started to learn to fly a microlight earlier in the year, not a kitie thing just a small lightweight plane
Being light they do bob around a bit in thermals
First lesson, thought no not for me, felt terrible
Instructor said give it another go you will be fine
Next lesson spent almost all the lesson actually flying the plane, did`nt have time to think about sickness
since then not been a problem at all

Apologies for restarting an old thread. Just wondering if anyone else suffers from Motion Sickness (Travel Sickness) as a direct result of GPS and letting the tractor steer itself? I'm not a good vehicle passenger. I prefer driving. But I am often physically sick when performing cultivations using GPS. The "lack of input" from myself making me feel unwell. Anyone else experienced this?

Some things God never meant man to experience - and a roller coaster is one of them....

Don't mind trains, boats or planes but having my brain bounced around in my skull and my stomach swishing around my ears is not my idea of fun  - sorry kids

Now where's that risk assessment and maintenance log..... :stop:
