For my dissertation at Harper Adams i'm researching what motivates dairy staff, and how managers think their staff are motivated. Aiming to align views to improve staff productivity and understandings of staff needs!

Looks like the survey has been designed for larger farms. Only one employee here so not a lot of prospect for promotion and no work colleagues to deal with.

Hard to answer entirely honestly when you think you know what the 'correct' answer is, especially if you feel unable to give the ' correct' answer.
