Mountfield/stiga deck belts.

Our Mountfield articulated mower suffers from a snapped belt now and again when it hits a rut.
At £20 a pop it can get expensive. Anyone found a source of good replacements? Quite often cheaper ones seem to snap even easier.

I know, I shouldn't be taking it across rough ground anyway.

I used to find footballs snapped my stigma belts, when that slip under the deck pushing them out of the way .Think I got replacements at local bearing place

My Stiga Park 20 uses Gates HTD 1160 8M belts, I get them from the local bearing place too, but even there they are not that cheap.

We had a Stiga once and these were quite good, price-wise
