Moving a Nissan hut

Anyone moved a Nissan hut? Ours is 35ish feet wide an 80 long, it’s in ok condition but it’s a crap shed for livestock, ideally I’d like to move it up to back of yard an use it as machinery storage, then extend a portal frame shed to cover the concrete pad hut currently sits on.

It wouldn’t be worth the work of completely stripping an rebuilding but I wondered if we could move it in 3 or 4 sections using 2 forklifts.... anyone done this or have other ideas?
Knock the concrete wall away and weld a big continuous skid to the bottom of the hoop rafters, all the way along
Sixinchchannel should do then tow it with a spreader bar or two
Then bolt the skids to concrete
Job done

As much as that sounds mental in my head it might just about work so long as the frame was ridged enough to be able to be pushed around corners by another forklift, I could actually clear enough space and get the ground level enough to tow it to it’s new resting place. Will ask my shed man his opinion and what he would charge an weigh it up against a new build. I’m guessing an 80x40 clad down to floor level would be £25k.

The gables on the hut are obviously long past their best but the tin and loop is generally sound, it would need a paint, would need to get up to the top of the ridge to check its sound. If it could be moved for £5k.....

I’m not that desperate to keep the hut tbh it would just be bonus space for machinery that currently sits out. If it’s a no go will just wait a year or 2 to get livestock sheds up to spec an then thing about a machine store.
