Ok good. I’m fairly big boned and 6,1 . Currently 14 and a half stone ish but if I went to 13 stone I think would look ill....

  2. In that case, next time we meet, you should be the same weight as me.

Assuming you want more lime off me anyway!!

  3. 5 stone is some beef to get off, well done.

Glad to see you have a canine companion, they don’t let you be miserable for long or care how many stone you weigh.

Thought I'd better report in , diet is getting a bit harder now ,,,,, for some reason and I have no idea why I put a couple of pounds on last week , it pee'd me off but it's come back off and as of this morning I weighed in at 15 8 , So 5 pounds to go till the next milestone and that will be 6 stone lost , I have people close to me who say I should be happy at where I am as I'm losing it a bit to much around the face which is typical as I've still got a bit of a tum which I would like to wave goodbye to
    Let's see what christmas brings

    Do you get much exercise?

I play badminton 4 nights a week at the moment and try to walk instead of jumping on the quad , badminton has been good as it does make the fat run

What you need, is a good bird to boff....................... or a bird with a sister ! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

  13. sheep shearing and fencing are good productive ways of keeping trim (y) A Warrie back aid can help a novice (or an old guy) ..but it seems to start with at least.... you might need a extra spring.... :p:ROFLMAO::unsure:

And to my list of problems you want to add some sheep
It took me 20 years to get rid of the last lot.

Just want to say a Merry Christmas to all of those who have been following my trials and tribulations over the last couple of months .
Diet wise ,, well it's getting to be hard work , but I'm about 5 pounds away from target weight , might be a couple more by the end of the week but so be it .
Family wise , well the girls are finding it tough , lots of tears and they just wish we could rewind life 4 months and be back to how life used to be but unfortunately that will never happen .
As for the dating scene , well let's just say I'm being very proactive , but it's not easy , perhaps I've got to be more patient . ,,,,,,,,, but I am hopefully meeting a lass from Lincolnshire who has a lovely smile , only time will tell if there are many journeys down the A14 , I hope there are :)

Happy Christmas to all of you

Ps @Alternativedairy I wish you all the best for next year !!!!!!!!
