Moving sheep when cattle on TB shutdown

Have some ewes on turnips across the road on my neighbours holding. Shown in my book as a batch move between us and my neighbours holding but not reported as a move because they were walked across the road. He has sent some cattle in for slaughter which have got picked up as possible TB and has been closed down. How does that affect my sheep? Was planning to shortly bring ewes home and put some ewe lambs out there to finish off the turnips. Am I affected at all? Or am I free to just carry on regardless.

Sheep are not routinely tested for TB even if on the same holding as restricted cattle. This is a bone of contention for owners of pedigree sheeps which have been found to have zTB, and ARE under restriction.
They see neighbours shifting sheeps about and are not happy.
