Moving vehicles blocking access

There is one. Village I avoid With the combine as parked cars all down one side with Railings on the kerb on the other
just takes too long to get through
we go a different way which has narrower roads but when in convoy with escort it is quicker
a combine with tracks scare many car drivers even though it is half a metre narrower than the wheeled Model

since covid 19 travelling on the road has been easier less bmw s Audi’s and school moms
no its not its back to the old days here we are dreading harvest!

Had a van get stuck in a gateway here, drew into field of recently drilled OSR and got stuck on his way out, presumably attempting fly tipping.
Polis out next morning took details, left, so I dumped a log in front of it. that pm there was a bit of activity so went to investigate. Instantly surrounded by a real bunch of druggy minkers, Tesco bags over their trainers, immediately wished I’d left them alone, they wanted me to push it out with loader bucket on back doors. Part of me wanted to, but sensible side fecked off sharpish.
Once they’d left I went back, pulled it out, left it free in the field. Morning after, it was away, minus both bumpers and bits of trim. Thickos must’ve come back at night, drove the van back into the exact spot theyd got stuck previously and it looked like they’d then levered it out with scaffolding boards.

sometimes best not to meet the driver.

If a vehicle is parked in a gateway and driver is nowhere to be found, when the driver returns and finds the vehicle moved and damaged, how can he prove who moved it or damaged it if the farmer denies all knowledge?

Same with a lot of crimes...
I’m disappointed how much protection the law provides.

A bit o/t, but I came out of the pub to find my car blocked in. There was no need for it, just selfish parking. There was a slope on the road, so I got in, let off the handbrake, and ran it down into someone's drive. I had no sooner got back into my own car when a guy came out of the pub shouting that his car had been nicked. In perfect synchronisation, the house owner came out to find some idiot from the pub had parked in his driveway. The result was better than anything you'd see on TV.

Amazing the car was not locked. Do you live on an Island?
