MRL Tyres Split

In spite of the max pressure on the sidewall being 3.2 Bar 46 psi.

There is a discrepancy, as the Grip Trac pressure chart from the MRL website (they’re not BKT’s) lists 4 bar max pressure.

I had some BKT fitted to a Merlo,a few years ago,and they too started splitting within weeks.I went back to ATS who fitted them and they,or BKT,didn't want to know. They said I had driven over something, incorrect tyre pressure (which they weren't) or had been doing unsual work with the Merlo.Eventually I had to replace them at my own expense.

It would be fine if it’s only on private property and only driven by its owner.
I do think the moderators should change the thread title as we are constantly being told it appears in google searches so is somewhat unfair on bkt.

This is a example I've found for sale online, the 526s I have in mind must be north of 12 or 13k hours, its almost never turned off between 4am and 10pm

Loading the diet feeder feeding 350 milking cows, dry cows, heifers etc, selling feed and fertiliser. It literally ate tyres prior to going this route, he buys lorry remould tyres now for super cheap.

I'll bet that's a rough ride. Good idea though. Was it much work to the rims to make them fit the JCB hubs? Just the centres?

Centres and machine the backs a fraction as far as I asked him. I had thought of doing the same if we ever concreted the rest of our yard. The weight and size of the shear grab during winter makes a fair dent in any thread on front tyres.
