Muck spreading in the dark

It's a pain with a big rear, can't see what's left inside and can bearly see what the spread is like coming out the back.
I've thought of lights but don't know where to put them without getting hit or covered in muck.
It's a Bunning 120.

Put one or 2 on the stone guard but put them tractor side so they shine through the mesh (could always cut a bit of mesh out if it distorts the light like Bunning do with the cameras into the body) then I’d put a light either side at the top where circled in picture so they won’t get knocked about or damaged

I’d be tempted to try some on top of the frame above the front guard. Maybe stuck up on some talk poles? To me it seams that the problem is the tractor lights hit the mesh and reflect back at you so you can’t see through. So you need the light at the other side of the mesh.

Be interesting to see how you get on I’ve often thought the same about muck spreading in the dark.

It's also got led side marker lights that blind me too. I'll probably rig something see what it does. Even something like a bike light might do.

We’re going to fit some cheap LED’s on top of the front guard, if pointing out a bit I think they should light up the back door and also the spreading area. They’ll be wired into a D plug on the back of the tractor.
A friend got a new Ktwo and they fitted one light on top centre of front guard and two at the rotors, I think they’re on the top of the rotor housing.

Use a black aerosol can & hit them with a bit of overspray, keep going till it dims it enough to suit.

We've put separate lighting systems on stuff on a D plug, then you can unplug the road lighting and not be dazzled by markers
That's the way I have stuff here, extra D plug with a switch in the cab.

Could also tale power from sidelights for a couple of led worklights if spreader has the flaps that cover the roadlights when the door opens, fit a microswitch so thay only come on when the door opens.
