Double application of zinc primer and then powder coat.
Yea thanks @Bumble Bee all the track rod ends front and back are getting done adds up to a fair bill on track rods alone and brakes front and rear just caught them in time no lining left but no damage,
@Cab-over Pete paintwork on all new stuff is disappointing nowadays thinks like steps etc should be galvanised, as for tyres I would rather they were all the same size no hassle with possible wind up and when they rears wear a bit you can swop front to rear and keep them all even
Try Multispares or Central Driveline.Loved seeing your Multidrive refurb pictures! I have a 4200 in need of track rod ends and steering arm. Could you tell me where you sourced yours please as I’ve been quoted nearly £500 each for the ends..!!
I could be interested. My latest Multidrive has not got one fitted.Got a fairly new draw bar available soon if anyone needs one off a 6195.
What type of section control are you planning?Just to add to this thread. Malc at Multispares is a top man to deal with.
All on and sorted thanks for your help guys.
Project for the autumn now... new gps, auto section control system to be fitted!
Looking at the bravo 400S. One system that would do gps, boom and rate controls. Plus add sections. What type of section control are you planning?
I'll get you a pic when I remember.I could be interested. My latest Multidrive has not got one fitted.
What’s on the Multidrive back? A spreader it looks fairly fresh from what I can see
It was a bad line tbh so I'm not 100% sure about any required parts. It hasn't exploded, so maybe repairable but I'm just checking possibilities at the moment as short on time. Will it not repair? Not a huge amount to them just a piston and cyl with valves in the head, or has it exploded? Will try and remember and look at ours. I do have a spare you can borrow to keep you going if you arrange pick up?
Always in August. Can't see the make as plate has been painted over and when scratched paint off, info had gone with the paint! You can usually get rebuild kits for most makes Mounty.
Always in August.......
