MX135 hydraulics haywire

Turn the little draft control dial fully clockwise and make sure slip control switch (if fitted) is turned off.Hi MX135 hydraulics lift uncontrollably as soon as I engage gear and release clutch. Control dial has no effect. When clutch depressed dial works as normal. Any ideas please ??????
