When you say hydraulic temperature,do you mean the hyd/transmission oil or are you meaning the water temperature in the radiator?
If it's water temp, can you get an infrared themometer and check the temp with it externally in case the temperature sensor is faulty? Is the radiator completely clean in and out?If the coolant is getting that hot,I would expect major expansion from the radiator and high water loss/steam.
If it's transmission oil that's overheating,is there a spool valve stuck on. Electric controlled spool switches are known to stick.

I mean hyd/transmission temperature And i had bought an infared temperature And when i measured the temp in the pump was 125 do you know the valve which could to be stick

I assume the auxiliary spool valves are controlled by electronic switches or a joystick on the armrest? You could try plugging in a trailer pipe or pressure guage with the engine running. If you can't plug in to any of the spools, there must be pressure which shouldn't be there until you work the switch for that particular spool slice. At engine idle, you should be able to hear the engine go under strain when you work any of those switches with nothing plugged in and go off strain when the switch is back to neutral.Try each switch in turn and listen for a change in engine sound.
That is if your Case has this system of course!
If you do find that to be the problem,do not continue to use the tractor until the faulty switch/valve slice is replaced or at least until you get the system to stop continuously pumping against a dead end. You'll destroy pumps, oil, bearings and seals etc.
