Good thread, thanks for sharing the fun, I am jealous of the shed.

Someone locally started a F and M scare back in the 80's by putting cattle on fresh concrete, they said leave it for a month.

Anyone else remember this?

well tried to get feed shed finished but the wind played havoc with that idea still got some of it done when it dropped a bit and it gave me time to do the midden in-between gusts

how does the cost of the concrete sleepers stack up against panels?
will hold some muck at that height

didn't give much for them got them off @Derky so in my case a lot cheaper

depends who you ask its 100 x 40 not sure what the formula is for head per sq m but there is 29 head in there at the moment 10 of those are calves

no just hay and straw so i don't have to track round from the front yard

Great thread, very jealous, some great photos and nice to see the full job through to almost the end, nice idea for the midden, i am currently looking to cover mine and go from something similar to concrete panels. Had thought the small shed was just to store the dog food
