I'm not afraid they'll hurt me, but because I'm 5ft 2 they're massive compared to me. They seem friendly cows but their scary as they are aggressive and run at me. My partner isn't afraid of them though, but for some reason I am? Does that make me a person who freaks out at everything? We have sheep,horses and pigs but I aren't afraid of them, I could be with them every second of the day if I could

Lots of people not familiar with cattle are intimidated by them.
Take a chair and a book and sit on the other side of the fence and hang out with them (easier to do in summer

Hang out on the other side of the fence and offer little treats or scratches. Ask your partner to bring a quiet one out of to a herd for you to hang out with one on one for a little bit every day. One is less intimidating than a bouncing herd. Get used to directing the one in your personal space. Don’t let it push you around to get treats, have a stick with you if it makes you more comfortable. If it gets pushy a bop on the nose fixes it.
If they’re somewhere you can take a quad just drive out and park. They’ll come up and lick you and snoop.

Good advice. You need to get used to them and they to you. You're showing weakness at the minute and they will use that to their advantage until you turn the tables.

I've worked with cattle all my life , quite lucky to be still alive
Most dangerous , Bulls and Cows with Calves , treat them with respect , and was told never to make a pet of a bull
If you look at accident s on farms , livestock related would be near the top

.............do this while eating a burger or steak and you will soon realise they are more scared of you than the other way around !!
Dog would sit there and mooch and the cattle would try and chase the dog.............do this while eating a burger or steak and you will soon realise they are more scared of you than the other way around !!

The late Barbara Woodhouse would let cattle come up to the gate, and gently blow noses. Just be calm, and think yourself larger than the biggest beast and get to know them in a controlled environment before being in the field, if that's easier for you.
If you like, make it an aim to hug one, eventually, or to have one give you a cowlick because you're an ok creature

Usually from lack of air, exertion and concentration to not fall though.

Does that mean I don’t wear heels?maybe low ones some times ?
I happen to love a good pair of heels but I run into two problems. 1) Heels don’t do well on gravel/uneven surfaces so I look like a flailing drunkard if I’m outside. 2) On average men are too short when I’m in flats so when I wear heels I need be in the mindset to deal with tiny Tim’s acting like puffer fish.
ROFL!!! My one daughter is pretty quick across the ground in heels, but she always looks as if she will end up on her face any moment. No.1 daughter is more a wellies/shooting boots sort of girl... MUCH quicker
