the dairy boys are close, but its before the pipeline days, it is screwed to the lid of a milking bucket, and the sucks the air out of the bucket, the pulsator fits on the open shaped hole one pipe out let goes to the vacuum line in the byre, and the other to the bucket lid to vacuum the bucket

I ain’t no dairy boy :) and never knew of any other pipeline system, only the 1 you describe, think there was a 4 place system, that was long defunct where I grew up.
