200kg. 11.4t/ha
But it wasn't far off the deck. 2nd cereal and fourth cereal. Some had digestate, some had kaynitro. Either way, fresh potash.

Noticeably better where it was closer to the ground, but could easily have been a soggy disaster.

The previous year's wheat had digestate on it, and really we should have cut 20kg of N to allow for this despite what soil N tests said. I should also have used a splash of canopy at T1.

So next year we will be down to 180kg, which will be AN first split, then digestate second. If the previous crop has chopped straw then it wants a little more.

Best year ive ever had for WB,170 kg/ha N and 9t/ha yield,in a year on year off rotation with forage maize. It was close enough to the deck mind and would have been a mess after a wet couple weeks,in a wet year that would be too much N.

I got to the stage of 200 kg/ha N on hybrid barleys coupled with a full PGR programme & 3 fungicides. Still did 7-8 t/ha just like the old 2 row feeds with 2 fungicides & 175 kg/ha N and few PGRs.
