N Rules for a pulse/ cereal mixed crop?

Does anyone know what the rules are concerning N fertiliser for a field of a mixed crop of peas and oats. Obviously not allowed on a pea crop but didn’t know if this was the case on a mixed crop? I was thinking of a low rate, perhaps 30-40 kg/ha N to help the oats along and hopefully not be detrimental to the peas fixing N.

Is there in fact No N Max for peas? Like beans?

Well, here's a screenshot from RB209 saying no N, but with enough ambiguity to apply a bit to help establishment.

As an aside, NZ pea growers apply a bit of DAP to help early development but they have no NMax to worry about, just research to say what works best.

Only crop with no NMax is oats. Peas and beans have an NMax but it’s zero
Little confused

 I was taught on FACTS that If they ask what the NMax for peas and beans was, the answer is zero and if they asked for the NMax on Oats then the correct answer is there isn’t one

Up until the last revision of the PGRO pulse agronomy guide, they used to recommend using ammonium sulphate on peas to supply sufficient sulphur, with the amount of N applied doing no harm whatsoever
