Nasty hangover feeling in mornings - anyone found cause?

I hardly drink but makes little difference I get up ok have some breakfast then about hour later I feel an anxiety feeling then feel awful, giddy, nauseous just horrible. Ive had more though bloods taken and waiting for some results but the ones already done are normal. I take no medication

Im am so close to being sick. I go to try to eat something and I struggle after I can feel an overwhelming sensation of bloatedness.

Anyone had similar - thoughts on vertigo (I do try stretching exercises) or is this poss long term vertigo medication? It seems to come in bouts. I can feel good then it comes back. Eating in evening finding it hard to take on normal sized meals. This also brings about an anxiety feeling. This can then go away for some time. Its odd.

If I carry on who should I ask to see with GP. I tend to ask for private consult now and get on but with it. Asking GP further going to come up with little.

Is this a neurological issue something on par with vertigo?

There is no evidence of this plus no tinnitus etc which is common with this. Unless you can have this condition for life with less symptoms???

Breakfast is fine its porridge.
Try something else for brekky, totally different.
Could be you've developed an allergy, milk, gluten, can make you pretty ill if it develops.

Just simple anxiety? Wife hated work last year and felt like this every morning 5 days a week. Fine on Saturday and Sunday until after tea on Sunday night when it kicked in again. We never realised how bad it had gradually got until she got a new job and now shes like a different person. Mental health has physical side effects.
no ive had anxiety and mod depression before its not plenty of times I wake up fine then my mood plummets - its something else causing it.

No point thinking the worse, wait for results. A good many ailments or thoughts of ailments only seem to arise when you have time to think of them, keep busy. It could just be something simple like intolerance to some foods, gluten etc, even too much screen time on the internet can make you anxious / giddy etc

This isnt aimed at chasingmytail , alot of the farmers around here who always think they are ill usually live in a sh#thole and are bone idle, they would feel alot better if they set some work goals and went outside and started on them.

Look up coeliac symptoms, well worth getting a test, symptoms can be quite varied so there may well be a significant portion of the population have it undiagnosed.
Maybe try a breakfast with no gluten and see if that makes a difference.
