Today’s the day !

Time to enjoy a scone & jam, with cream and support uk [emoji636] dairy/cereal farmers & horticulture growers

Only right to savour a sweet treat that is truly British

I always do thus…..

If I’m served a proper job with clotted cream, then that goes on first with the jam on top.

However, if it’s whipped cream served, a poor substitute, then I’ll ask for butter too. Butter first, jam next, cream on top.

I may be all kinds of wrong, but it’s absolutely right.

No plain scones allowed. And cheese??!!! No.
