They got plenty ......they just don't manage it correctly
This. For two years the leaders of the NHS have been telling us all to abide by the rules to protect the NHS - fair enough, but today the head of the nurses union is in the media justifying the 70,000 NHS staff who for one reason or another have not had the Covid vaccine. If the management have not got the ability or control of its staff to tell them to fall into line for the good of itself then they have pee all hope of managing its finance effectively.

It is not up to the NHS to force people that don't want the vaccination for whatever reason to do so.
The fact that 70,000 people within the NHS are of the opinion they should not subject themselves to the vaccine should be ringing alarm bells with the rest of us.

NHS : we need more staff and a payrise.
Govt : ok, well we can only afford one
NHS : payrise then.
Govt : promise you won't come back and whine about lack of staff?
NHS : of course
*two weeks go*
NHS : were in crisis due to lack of staff.

NHS lurches from crisis to crisis. If the entire population were trained as drs and nurses they wouldn't have enough staff, and if all our tax went to them they wouldn't have enough money. It's a bigger financial black hole than taking a trip to the races with your 20yr old russian prostitute in your Alfa Romeo.

People on other sectors have been sacked for not getting vaccinated or at least had massive reductions in sick pay. It’s not so much the rights and wrongs of the vaccines so much as the tail wags the dog, which is a bad sign for any organisation, let alone one so in need of funding as they would have you believe.

They are completely useless Bill. I know from personal experience which is just too depressing to write about.

Funny how a few months ago it was all clapping for the NHS and they should have more money, now its been suggested the public provide this money and its the latest thing to blame Boris for!
But he told us he would give NHS 350m a week saved from leaving EU, I saw it on the side of a bus🙄 do you think he may have been telling porkies?🤔
