Considering NT as having ear of the environmental future policy/public value...the agm proposed motion for 2018 should interest every cattle farmer?!!

Member motion to ban barb wire?


I see what those 5....yes only 5!....members are saying, I'm sure we've all seen deer hung from fences with their legs caught between the barb and top line of the net, or between 2 barbs.
But the alternative is either plain (electrified or not) or taller netting...... both will catch deer exactly the same.

Of course if the members ok the NT to pay to replace barb with electric plains and associated energizers and infrastructure....
