I have just tried to ring the Stockman who I know. I believe it was a photographic competition judged by people all over the world! If you go to the Cowford facebook page they have also done well with a Shorthorn Cow. 'Grrr'!! He does look a nice animal!!

I can't speak for everyone but the data I submit is as accurate as it can be. Unfortunately, there are liars and chancers in every walk of life.

No. EBVs for a bull are estimated measurements of his breeding values.

How his progeny perform are actual definite proven obvious measurements of his breeding value.

Sometimes there is no relationship between the two.

But data provided by farmers and stockmen isn't worth the paper it's not written on.
