Nc paint

Bought two new nc trailers one low loader and a dump trailer the paint on the dump trailer is peeling off the first time out that was ten months ago been parked up in shed since been on to dealer they came from and nc they say they will sort it ten months on still in shed I won't use it till sorted they keep saying they are going to repaint but no action what should I do next

They did come good on our 12 ton mono, took it back to Ireland and resprayed it, it did take 6months plus, I'm sure doing it properly in the first instance would have been a lot cheaper. Shame as its a damn good trailer otherwise. Maybe go higher up with your dealer to get them to put more pressure on to get it done?

Send them a letter with a set time frame of maybe a month to respray and make good or replace with new or FULL REFUND and list all telephone calls with dates or emails on this matter as most firms just hope you forget and clear off.
If this don't work take legal action on the 1st working day afterwards!!!

Keep on to the dealer. I had similar issue with a muck spreader (not Marshall) peeling. Dealer took it back, resprayed the whole section. Great job done thanks Sherbourne Reynolds.
