Bit of background -
Permitted development for change of use on 3 brick buildings to residential.
Application rejected 2 days after the time limit. (Still laughing)

Spent £50k so far.
Second builder has been putting studwork and insulation into cottage while we've been outside.
Electrician done first fix.
Plumber gone AWOL.

Asbestos Nissen hut is coming down ASAP once we decide where all the stuff in there is going. :oops:
