Need advice on leasing out land for turbines!

Hi im looking to lease out 14 acres for turbines, I've done basic research and heard stuff down the grape vine about turbines and renewables, and know my site is perfect for turbines.

How many turbines/what turnover could I make off of 14 acres?

Is there any legal/technical/other issues with leasing out my land and what happens with the land after the 20/25 year period? I've read something about it affecting inheritance tax, but didnt understand how.

I suspect your basic research may be too basic so far... What makes your site perfect?

1) close proximity to national grid infrastructure where there is spare grid capacity... if you have this you may find that a battery storage farm could offer higher income and less planning difficulty..
2) reliable wind
3) no neighbours because planning can be a nightmare
4) not near an airport, landing strip or area used by military aircraft

Number of turbines and turn over will depend on how big planning will let you put in.

Regards inheritance tax. Agricultural property relief (APR) can apply where land is eligible as Agricultural land, if land would currently be eligible for APR but you put a turbine on it potentially it may no longer be eligible for APR and also its value for the purposes of inheritance tax will also have been significantly increased.. This could create a large tax bill to be paid from the estate of the registered land owner when they die, though this may be a moot point if the chancellor takes a sledge hammer to APR in the budget tomorrow...
