need help with new sprayer

just got a sprayer hardi master maybe somebody got a manual or know how to use it? cant figure out how to mix herbicides with water

At a guess you need pump running quite fast and recirculating water with the pressure quite high, the induction bowl should the suck empty when the tap is opened, try it with clean water in it first. But some one with a manual may be more accurate.

If you’re in a rush, could you just put in half the required water, open the big tank lid, pour in the chems then top up the water?

then find a manual when it’s raining.

Looks like the induction hopper is nearly full already…I used to be a PA2 assessor and the times I’d see people get the taps wrong; each mistake back-filling a little more liquid before the inevitable happens! The Venturi in those hardi sprayers isn’t the best; as others have said keep plenty of revs on. If all the taps are pointing to the induction hopper logo rather than the boom section logo (from memory but you catch my drift) it should work unless it has an issue. Always helps to empty the induction while actively filling with water on those if I recall correctly.

Surely an ex PA2 instructor shouldn’t have any drift to be caught

in the current pic....1/switch the suck up off (bottom tap)....2/switch top tap to induction.....3/as said plenty of revs then open tap below induction hopper

caveat....can't see what second tap down is about....looks like an on/off for summat.....if the symbol is induction then that might need to be on

Have the hopper rinse on and turn the tap at the bottom so there is always a litre or so in the bottom - the system doesn’t get air then so doesn’t froth or back fill
