Waster "in " with most other "so called higher level " residents -if you know what I mean ???

I'd be tempted to print off a few copies of those pictures and mail them, anonymously, to their "higher level" neighbours! Nothing illegal in that!

It is rather funny and few things beat making naughty people look stupid to their friends, especially when they think they've got away with it. It is also pretty obvious who took the picture, but no one will be able to prove a thing.
