Not quite in your league but I am 54 now and last Christmas did the back2fitness 12 week challenge..still on the program now but this was after 12 weeks.View attachment 730692

So is you aged 54 after the 12 week programme? Did you do the progamme off your own back?

I had been meaning to getting round to reading Haskells book 99p on kindle which is exactly £54 cheaper than Neil Backs ebook!

I was 53 when I did the program .
Now 54, sending them a photo next week to prove still on the program although not on calorie deficit anymore.

Stick to the program and you will get results.
