I make it 39t of load 15t ulw 44t max 10t 0ver 54,400kgs if it isn't revenue weight he is over on going on rough figures

What happened to its armed escort? Presumably a load of that value would not move without one? The excess weight is probably just the armor plating upgrades to the cab which are needed to protect the driver from armed ambush...

Lorry and drag have been Prohibited due to faults

The overweight is a separate issue. Vehicles don't get prohibited for overloads.

I wouldn't what that behind me, his stopping distance is probably 50% more just due to the weight. Add in mechanical faults and he's an accident waiting to happen.
