I tried it - so slow to download that the forcast for sleet and breezy came out as sleezy!
The map thing does not work as it says I need to download Flash, so I did (again!), but it still says to download it...
I tried another site that uses Flash and that was fine. Maybe I dont have enough broadband to get weather any more. :(

I've just watched this morning's forecast on BBC Breakfast and it seems that Godawful swooping helicopter is back. :poop: :scratchhead:

Also they have done away with the early morning temp, we don't get any temps til 3pm. I suppose no one in their right mind wants to know how cold it's been during the night when they get up right? o_O

I updated the BBC weather app on my mobile last night.

The weather symbols are now so small it is impossible to tell what the weather is. The scree used to have four things - now they have five. They have added in the percentage change of precipitation. Supposedly for the next hour there is an 88% chance of precipitation. Which they then explain is a 'high chance'. Do they think that people are so stupid they have to be told that 88% is a high figure! :banghead:

They seem to have forgotten it is a WEATHER forecast i.e. the most important bit is to tell us the weather (not reduce the symbols to the smallest part of the screen).

If you have the BBC weather app on your phone, do not update it.

Is it that if your phone screens wet it's raining and if it's dusty its dry??? :ROFLMAO:
