what about something like this?
we built this 5 years ago and has worked well. the occasional really windy wet night the cattle are a wee bit miserable but otherwise has been a very easy to manage building
100ft long with two 13ft slats divided into 10 pens. We normally house 120 stores (450kg) and finish them on the slats to about 600kg so each pen holding about 7000kg of cattle
cost about £80,000 all done then we had a bit of a grant on it so has probably paid for itself now.

How are the posts running the centre of the shed attached to the slats? Just screwed in? Also is the water pipe running along the Bottom of the slats to the drinkers? Thanks
