Ever been to Oxford? Hopefully got 40,000 ft2 coming up

I now have visions of a pair of machines controlled by 1 man just like the driverless Fendt that copied the first tractor.

I can cause enough trouble with one machine :sneaky:

..... From his office up north :D

My office? You lot think I'm a lot more big time than I am.

My office is mobile

Hi chicken and wheat
I'm new to the forum been reading for a while, but I've just put 4 Powell sheds up over the past 5 years, with last one going up last autumn, I can't recommend them enough, Gareth and Jason are always on the end of a phone to sort any niggles out, I also used Connops for all the ground works.

Just caught up on this @chickens and wheat are you going to insulate the floor? are you going to use Clima2 heater unit? it really is awsome I think, I may be the only one in the country with these though. How much insulation in walls and roof? What lights? Major subject down here at moment do I replace the old florescent or put in new tube Led's? Oh so much more an "Old" man would like to know. R

lights are http://www.allltd.uk.com/ got a few sheds of them now. very good, but my good friend sells them so I'm biased. but dump the old lights for led, the possible savings are huge.
clima 2 isnt really sold in the uk now,my new neighbour is the boss of vencomatic and says he could find me a used one.
heating will be indirect winterwarm dxe lpg, I think biomass tarrif is too low now sadly.
no floor insulation but walls are insulated down to ground level
