New Building Oh Dear!!

Did the man who set the levels know it wasn't a concrete floor? If the shed is the correct height (have we heard yet?) from under eves beam to under the panel, ie ffl then the concrete in the pits and bolts should be set 8 inchs lower. Or the plans could have shown the panel supports wielded 8 inchs lower on the leg. If they thought a concrete floor wasn't going down I don't think the legs would have been left like that.

Anybody had similar problems with a new building ? These panels were supposed to be 2" off the ground but have been put up 8" off the ground and they wont put it right. Would need to bring rubble from Syria to bring it up but then we have lost nearly a foot in building height? Anyone any idea what I can do please?
how far along was the job before you raised any concerns about the levels ? if it was at the stage of the pictures it looks to me as you have realised the mistake and are now trying to blame others ,did the same people manufacture the building and do the foundations then erect it or has there been others involved with the works
