Most of the out side blocks are finished now, so are most of the stud walls, plumbing first fix complete now , insulation going down now for the under floor heating pipes to be fitted next then the liquid screed to go down to cover them all , lots going on in the inside now while we wait for the glass to come for the front of the house, so we can get the stone work all finished off on the out side.

In the last photo that is the floor in the garage , which is a load bearing floor

yes it is taped , so if any of the srceed gets past the plastic it can not get in to the insulation

Screed all in the main part of the house today , just garage to do next week.

Appreciating the posts speedstar, i'm waiting on the building warrant to demolish existing old house and put up a storey and a half, so its useful for me, keep it coming!

Walking around for the first time on the nee floor just gives you that house becomes a home feeling as all the levels make sense and it’s not so much a shell by then!!!

Floors all looking nice now ,so the joiners are electrical work can start again for the first fix

Some of the Scaffolding is now come down so the can finish off around the windows , Garage floor all concreted & power floated, water mains in now connected, electrical first fix starts this week
