In the last photo that is the floor in the garage , which is a load bearing floorThe last photo looks like the underfloor heating is going in a structural slab rather than in a screed as normal
yes it is taped , so if any of the srceed gets past the plastic it can not get in to the insulationIs there any requirement to tape the joints of the insulation board to each other and over the timber studs
