New CLAAS Combine?

Seems like a 2nd gen lexion! Sounds like you can get cemos automatic and all that. Does that mean it would adjust itself? We are a year or two away from a new combine anyway and would be a toss up between a low end CR, 5 walker lexion or by the looks of it a 2 rotor of this new one.

My dealer has a viewing day of one next week. In theory it will be working. As I understand it, it will replace the tucano but with a wider range of options, including tracks and Montana.

Had a Tucano single rotor on demo a couple of years ago and it was really impressive. Went the other way and now have contractor doing it.

What sort of money would that be, as a matter of interest?
I don’t know but the Indian built TC5-30 goes for about £60,000 and John Deere sell a C120 combine made in China for similar money both are 15foot cuts and 130hp engines so the Claas is similar but i reckon it will be £80,000 or so. I am going in on Monday so i can ask. However apparently my son says the Trion is modular and can be specced up from a cheap!!! basic spec so i’ve asked for a Matador spec price.

It says in the article there’s a wide body hydrid - but I haven’t seen any mention or specs. to confirm this ?

The online configurator lists all the options - it’s comprehensive! But then says price is poa so pointless. They look like good machines though the 750 range topper does look like it would be a good option.

I thought the idea is you can spec to tucano levels of sophistication or to the old lexion levels.
our tuc 430 is so simple just right for us. ive just watched dove farms on you tube richard lifted the side panel on his new lexion and it filled me with horror!
