Must of heard @DrDunc has bought a Valra........
Hodge plant?
There not officially the Lanarkshire Deutz dealer, Kerr's still have that, but Hodge will need somewhere to shift the stock that they can't sell at Nairn?
Since there hasn't been any other dealer between the north of England and the Highlands of Scotland?Since when have Kerr’s been the official Deutz dealer for Lanarkshire?
Only in the HighlandsHodge have had Deutz for a long while, nothing new
Only in the Highlands
Why do you think they aren’t well supported? Do you have a Deutz?I don’t think they will be a bad tractor. However they are not well supported in the uk.
@quattro covers Aberdeenshire?Since there hasn't been any other dealer between the north of England and the Highlands of Scotland?
Kelso harvesters
Ramsay and Jackson
RC Dalgleish
Simpsons of Fife.....
Keep going north and you can keep listing ex Deutz dealers that haven't been replaced until you get to Hodge at Nairn
Kerr's have been servicing Inverness, Campbell town, Ayr, Dumfries and all points in between for years
Dealers in Scotland were dropping them like wild fire a while back. Mainly due to unpaid warranties etc. Perhaps things have changed since then. Why do you think they aren’t well supported? Do you have a Deutz?
Story round here was Deutz were (allegedly) not honouring warranty claims on gearboxes, the dealers (Ramsay and Jackson) have a very good name and reputation for good service, the tractors were generally well liked, some people tried a Case (as Ramsey and Jackson moved to them) , not all kept them long. Stories like the above do not make me want to biy a Deutz, backup is everything. Why do you think they aren’t well supported? Do you have a Deutz?
Since there hasn't been any other dealer between the north of England and the Highlands.
Apart from the 14 other dealers ?.
