Are you still liking the JDs and the service?
Since Ankers packed up everything seems to have gone down hill massively. A lot of people around us are swearing off BB completely.
I wouldn’t replace my bigger JDs with anything else but for the lighter jobs the Fastrac is excellent. I can’t fault the service from the Doubleday group or Ben Burgess to be honest they both have some really good people in sales and service . As far as JCB goes Pecks staff at Ramsey are really good .

First ones landing on farms in July. Looks really good. Shame they didn’t bring out a 4240 to take on the Fendt 724. Pre production one I know of went really well, a few software issues but that should have been ironed out for full production ones.

I agree.
I watched the video and was expecting them to announce a 4240-4250.
I did see rumours on here about a 6000 series, but that'll mean a bigger, heavier tractor. 250hp from the 4000 series would of been ideal.

About time. The screen was what put me off an 8330 when we changed tractors in 2017. Told them that at the time. Must have been the same since 2005 or something?

The ironic thing is that the use of these LCD screens and a computer behind it is actually cheaper than using endless knobs, dials and switches to operate the same functions.

New Cases look really good.

New Holland will have to up there game with new cab, or will lose customers to Case in my opinion.

Need a local Case dealer here.

What model have you ordered?

NH have a new cab on the HD range and T8. Released the same time as Case's on Optum and Magnum. Neither brand have new cab on LWB or SWB though.

Would it be possible to just change the armrest on older models?

I remember you could do this with MFs.
No all this bit is different where the handbrake lever is

Don’t need too, gearbox only puts out 180hp to the wheels on fastrac or 724. Gearbox limits power, apparently no way of overriding it either.
