Looking to replace our old Leica gps system. Who make the most popular systems and likely to have the best longevity in the market place. Dont want to be let down by buying into a system and then the company pulling out of the market.

As @CPP say John Deere Greenstar, they where one of the first in the market and probably the most refined and accurate systems to date.
However once your on greenstar your tied into there system and you’ll pay a premium for it.

This sounds like precision farming meets divination.

I would expect the more common big brands such as Greenstar, Tirmble and Topcon to stay around for many years to come, but they will only support existing hardware for so long before they make it obsolete.

This is true but you’d like to think as a company they’ll still be around to support that product until it’s obsolete, if a start up company is gone it two years what hope do you have then? Some of my greenstar kit will be best part 10 years old but still in production, usually they’ll support there kit for at least 10 years after production.

Ask your self why you see so many green and yellow pods on other makes , my opinion is it’s the best system easier to use than some and first class support ,
Just had two other tractor makes on demo , and won’t ever consider changing the wheel colour
