New grain shed

Planned a new grain shed last october. Started site preparations during winter, demolishing silos, pig house, cattle pens.
Crushed concrete and scapped steelwork and roof. Buildings were pre 1960 so had lasted well.

price of grain in N Ireland tends to be £20 higher than GB as we are a deficit area (must import every year) as we have substantial poultry and pig industry relative to our land area for cereals.
Historically we could get cheap american grain as we were a bit closer to it. Long since gone but pig and poultry remain and enlarged.

What sort of £££ would a finished 100 x 40 grain store be ? Concrete floor + roller shutter door etc.
Our 80 x 60 x 20 to eaves was £50k. 3m high panels, 45ft long central dividing wall. Concrete floor and one roller shutter.

Contractors erected frame and roof sheets. We did side sheets, put concrete panels up, gutters and poured floor ourselves.

That was in 2007.

Builder wanted £4k to shutter and pour the floor.

Guess the same shed would be 60-65k now fully erected and concreted?
