Hello,

Just a quick one to see if anyone knows about the acs settings on these combines. For some reason ours only has the winter wheat setting and no other crops. Is there anyway of sorting this out ourselves or is it a dealer job?

I'm in the same boat and have a similar post - the guys seem to think its a dealer job - pity in this age a download onto a memory stick and plug into the combine would be nice. When we have finished servicing ours I'm going to have a play and manually enter using crop book - if you find an easy way please let me know!!!

if you know anyone near who wet on a course at Basildon, they used to give you a memory stick which updated it with English crop settings, then you just fiddle and store to get it right, had batteries off ours last year and it still stored every thing:),take it no one has taken memory stick out, should show up on screen as in picture above

I will try the filter list but under the acs settings screen I cannot change to anything other than winter wheat as nothing else is available to select. It's not the end of the world but a pain. Last year we manually changed the settings time and time again.

Thanks guys for the replies

Got it, never used it. Why do you need it? Where's the skill and knowledge gone to operate machinery? Soon there will be no one left who can drive straight without auto steer.
I use it to save my own settings on for each crop. They are generally nowhere near the original settings. But it gives me a quick starting point to work from when changing crops.
I find getting a good sample and really getting the machine to sing one of the most satisfying parts of the job.

Sorted this all out now thanks to gorgous's post on another topic regarding rotor speed of mine. Once again thanks to everyone for the information.
