Does anyone know where I could get a hydraulic top link, with the CNH arm to hold it on the tractor when not in use? Tried the local dealer but thought their price was a bit steep. Cat3 hook implement end, knuckle tractor end, 28mm pin

I bought one from @Dave on here a few months ago, been well pleased with it. I opted for the 11t lift fixed end in cat 3 size then use a bush if needed to reduce to cat 2

Could you cut the arm brackets of a standard one and weld on new one

I made one with some 12mm bar with a 24mm nut welded on the end then just grind the corners off the nut slightly and it fits the nh bracket a treat

How much did dealer quote? Just asking as ours came on the tractor.

I have a newholland hydraulic top link on the tractor from new however it’s minimum length is about 740 mm which is too long for most implements, knuckle hole diameter is 28mm on a newholland t7.225, what would price of a cnh type one be?

That looks different to mine that’s been on from new. Odd that it’s too long. Could you have disputed this with the supplying dealers?

I will measure it for you tomorrow morning. I’ve certainly never had to attach anything big or small without extending it somewhat.

Does that have a 28mm hole in the nuckle end for tractor pin? Can you pm details?
