New Holland Sidewinder Backlight??

Have a new auto command.
Was working in the dark and found it hard to see buttons on command grip (lever)
Only have it a few months but I noticed when you start/stop the engine there are light that light up the buttons on it.. how do get them to turn on while working??

On the dash if i remember right theres a button down where add blue fill level is that does the backlight on the dash an the joystick. An if thats not right i will double check one here tomorrow
